I might have found a way to activate heart of stone and since I don't see any mention if it on the forum I will post it.

In GoG galaxy -> select Witcher 3
On the right hand side you will see the free DLC program and expansions.
Click the expansion.
A list of additional content will appear. If your DLC/HoS is not ticked, tick it.

DLC is 650mb download
Heart of Stone is 2.9gb of download or something.

I cant even download the dlc because it says that I need to insert a disc 1. Is there any way to install the heart of stone dlc with GOG when that message pops up?

I've tried that when I tick the HoS box it just says SERVER PROBLEM and then installation failed, has there been a solution yet? cant play the game wtf

2.9 GB? Mine is 4.7 GB, it just downloads infinitely for me.
