So the thing is... I was playing around with some settings while I was in Novigrad because the stutter (to me it looks like frame skipping) in some areas is very annoying.. and when I tried using borderless windowed mode... it actually feels smoother in the same area.. no fps dips too.. I was wondering if other people are getting the same thing..

It really depends on the area and the number of npcs on-screen and your graphics settings. However, performance improved when I updated the game to 1.03.

1.04 is out though but I'm delaying it.
