Hi. here what I have in Oxenfurt city since 1.12 update : missing pieces of world and artifacts.

I tried to change nvidia drivers. Same. Every other games run just fine without such problems mentioned above.

Looks like a corrupted installation.
Try to VERIFY/REPAIR your installation in galaxy.

I have the same freaking problem now, I have verified the game countless times and I'm not running any mods. Does anyone at CD Project actually checks their updates before releasing them. Every time they fix one bug they introduce at least two new ones. So annoying.

Alright so the only thing that helped me was to reinstall the game.
