Hey guys, in preparation for the 1.21 update, it told me to redownload the DLC hearts of stone and the free dlc pack. So once I installed 1.21 I deleted these via the uninstall .exe's in the game folder and now I have no idea how to redownload them. It does not say I own the season pass or the DLC's in the GOG store. What's happened?

If I've honestly deleted my expansion pass somehow that's absurd, is there a way to check CD keys activated so I can prove the purchase?

I'm worried now...

You can check your order history in Account -> Orders & Settings.

Seems like a very strange problem. Are you using GOG Galaxy? I've had nothing but headaches with that program and refuse to use it any more. Make sure you're checking your account details and avallable downloads via the site.
Thanks, it says I do own the expansion pass there. But still I cannot download any DLC.
I've now seen a couple of posts with similar problems but haven't encountered it myself and haven't seen a solution, sorry.
Are you downloading through Galaxy, or from the browser? If you've got the other option available (Galaxy vs browser), try it out.
I believe I've tried both, but Ive been mostly trying via the application. Can you direct me through browser please? Still no Hearts of Stone or Blood and wine option under DLC (download extras). There's nothing even on the GOG download links. I'm so frustrated right now.

Sure. First, go to gog.com/account and make sure you're logged in (you should be, since you're posting). You should see your games there. If you have a lot of them, either use the arrows at the bottom of the page, or in the search bar right below the purple bar advertising GOG Galaxy type Witcher.

Once you've gotten the Witcher icon on your screen, click on it and it should expand and show you a whole bunch of files. Download whichever ones you want; at the very least, make sure you're running the 1.21 patch and download the three files for the new expansion (one very small executable, one large data file, and one smaller data file). Then you can run the executable once you have all three files downloaded, and it should find your installation of Witcher 3 and get everything working.

EDIT: I see you've edited your post while I was answering :P I have two more ideas for you, then. First, try closing your browser, then opening a new window and completely clearing the cache. If you know that's going to be a hassle, try that second, and first try to refresh your account by going to gog.com/user/refresh

Simply nothing is working. Thanks for the replies though.
I've had a quick look in the program data and theres a file called ownership.dll. I restored previous versions of it and surprisingly the option to download Blood and Wine appeared in my application.... but ofcourse "Installation failed - server problem". I'm assuming it must think I don't own blood and wine and thus won't let me download. This is completely ridicolous. If ownership details are kept on the PC and not server side I'm going to be furious. Worst security ever.
Hi
Did you resolve this issue ?
I have the same problem with B&W : I bought the expansion pass 15 days ago, downloaded HoS and played it fine, but now it is as I did not have the Expansion pass : Gog only proposes to buy B&W, however it indicates the Expansion pass on the bills section of my account...
Any idea ?

No fix, glad I'm not the only one. Can you send a support ticket too. I feel like it could be due to the client update.

I've got the same issue. But i bought the expansion pass at 20. March this year. It now doesnt appear in my Account history and i could buy it again. HoS works fine is also installed but B&W isnt downloading because i am "not authorized" (I suggest because gog thinks there is no expansion pass)
I've found the mail with the purchase ID and the order confirmation and sent it with my issue to the support.
I hope my purchase can be restored.
Just went to play the new DLC and I am experiencing the same issues as well, a tad frustrating to say the least.
works fine here make sure the check boxes are checked
Yeah I'm having the same issue, I own the season pass and I have the latest update however when I launch the game it just shows the first as being available and the second coming May 31st. Originally I was able to play hearts of stone however I uninstalled everything in the hope that was solve my problem... nope it just made it worse.
I recently contacted GoG about the issue and they responded with this:

Hello,

Recently a series of codes was cancelled, because these codes were purchased fraudulently, with stolen cards. In such situations, our policy is to cancel such a code, and give the money back to the owner of the stolen card.
Also, please keep in mind that reselling codes purchased on GoG is forbidden according to our User Agreement (3.3).
I would strongly advise that you contact the third-party reseller, whom you most likely bought this code from, and ask for your money back.

Doesn't look like I'll be getting that back anytime soon.
