Szkrobi: The problem is - I don't have GeForce video drivers as I don't have video card at all. It was working perfectly on my Intel HD Graphics 4600 and Intel I7 CPU 4x3,4GHz CPU maintain graphics. It' PC not for games but i was working quite smoothly until now.

P.S. I didn't know that it's very simple solution. Just disable automatic update and mark manual, then it's possible to go back to many versions down. So I marked 1.22 and everything is working again. But the fact is that they spoiled 1.24 patch.

invenio: Not sure if this is the problem but ansel is only supported on a limited number of GPU's. The onboard HD Graphics 4600 is not one of them.

But in this case the patch dedicated to support this "ansel" shouldn't spoil the game for other users. It should JUST support this "ansel" ONLY.

980m here with a older driver(362 I think, from manufacturer website of my laptop), put the last patch, 1.24, and tested the game for few minutes, look ok at me...
