As the title says, the NPC have a tendency to spam their chat when you approach them; as if when there's a group of them - two or three, they all start talking to you at the very same time when you are near them. This doesn't happen all the time but it's frequent enough to be annoying. I think remember that this wasn't an issue with pre 1.21 patch (I am using the latest 1.22 at the moment); correct me if I'm wrong.

I own Witcher 3 and all its DLCs
I think you are simply wrong. This has always been the case for me - especially in Toussaint simply because a lot more people there have that sort of dialogue.

Oh really? I could swear I didn't experience that while walking around Novigrad and Oxenfurt in 1.12 version. Also, I have been playing Blood and Wine for the last 30 minutes and ever since I've been doing some tinkering in the audio department, I have not been getting NPC chatter spam.

Thank you for replying btw.
No problem. And obviously I cannot know for sure if your install is behaving oddly. You could try the "good old" Verify / Repair through the client and see if that makes a difference.
