Any fix for the NPCs that just seem to appear out of thin air right in front of you? Really off putting. Been putting off actually playing till they fix some of these bugs.

I have this issue as well, for me it starts if i fast travel.

For me its always happening. Usually the same NPCs, walk into a town and you see them popping in around you.
