I bought this game 5/27 and have been playing it off and on, then I decided to redownload it and when I deleted it it was removed from my library and GOG says I no longer own the game even though I have the reciept and the funds are still missing from my bank account?

Sure it's not just hidden? Online in your GoG account where it says 'My collection' you can change it to 'Hidden' to show games which no longer appear in the main collection.
