kabool: Wooow. This is sooooo embarassing to GOG and nvidia… 48h ago I was planning to sit and enjoy a next gen update on my GFN priority mainly for RTX. My laptop is GTX1060 and obviously I can’t have that feature. When i downloaded the update to my laptop from GOG, it was already 4.0 2 days ago. How difficult it can be to do the same for GFN keeping in mind that they had access to source files probably earlierbto implement that on GFN… Fact that it works fine on GFN for steam makes me to believe that this is not a coincidence from GFN , but as I said earlier on my posts GOG and CDR is under one umbrella, so how is that possible that GOG can’t push GFN here? Politics? It seems that I am going to play CP2077 over weekend again or D2R on my switch. That is it about great cloud gaming experience
Unfortunately, Nvidia's customer support is infamously inefficient and uncommunicative, mostly due to the fact that they are currently monopolizing the high-end slice of the cloud gaming market. As long as more competitive/reliable alternatives don't appear, GFN will keep on providing a deficient service, especially with respect to tech support and transparent communication. No political plot is at play here: this is just another example of how customers can be hurt by a lack of healthy competition in the market.
