Just starting to play W3 again for the first time in ages and began a NG+ game from my old save. Only problem is the intro at Kaer Morhen keepings auto-cutting the tutorial parts out.

Is there anyway to go back over the tutorials in NG+? I havn't played for ages and wouldn't mind a quick run down etc
(i'm not getting an option to choose tutorial mode when I start a NG+ afaik)

You don't get the option on NG+ because the game assumes you already know this stuff.
But if you want, you can always start a normal new game, play the tutorial and then continue on your NG+ save.
