I have heard, that in some month a new addon will be released.

Question:
Will I start again with a new character or can I play with my char?

It is important to know, as I do not know if it gives me a benefit to search all missing treasues and crafting schematics or to finalize all side quests. I am done with the game (main story), but have some questionmarks and a few witcher quests left.

The addon is coming on 31st October 2015 and yes I think you can continue to play with your old character, that would make sense to me, why you would start with a new? :)
