when i try to change any options my game crashes for example if i click on audio under options my game crashes can anyone help please or i click om graphics the game just crashes

Do all steps but 8 and 15 in first place, because reinstalling is not mean that you made clean install (uninsallation do not delete mod files), you have to make sure that none files left in game directory, that's why is have to be deleted whole game folder manualy.
