Hi everyone.

I just installed the new patch, and even in the Menu , i have "mouse lag".

So,...I would like to know if this is a normal bug,after install the new patch or, it is another kind of problem,that i will need to fix it my self,...

It's a system problem, not a game problem. You need to find the cause and fix it yourself.

You probably have solved this by now but I had same issue and got it fixed by disabling In-Game Overlay in Galaxy.

In general / if anyone else encounters this, two things I found problematic where "full screen windowed mode" or something like that an not using "hardware cursor"
