So someone gave me the great(est) hint on witcher 3. Keep thwack-button down while on horseback and the time will slowwwww doooowwwwnnnnnn.. Great. Now that's more like Geralt's level of swordmanship to be sure.

Now the question is, is that actually DOCUMENTED anywhere?
I remember W1 having potions that slowed time while in combat (John Woo style). I wish they brought them back :D

I don't know if it is "documented" but I saw it in many gameplays weeks before the release, so I knew about it beforehand. Besides, even if mounted combat is cool to quickly finish off some bandits, I really prefer combat on foot.

I'm sure I have that potion in W3 :) Only have to use it and try it.

btw, there's an ability that slows down time when enemies attack, but only if your toxicity level is higher than 0.

There are also abilities that slow time down when aiming with a crossbow or a bomb
