This is a doozie! I've had this issue with several missions now where I'm doing a mission and the NPC will just stand there with either -1 above their head or their level with the health bar empty. They don't move or do anything and I can't kill them or get any loot and the missions are unable to complete successfully cause of it. I'm at a loss of what to do and it is extremely annoying! I don't think i'll be able to finish the game if this keeps up.

This is a bug that was fixed in patch 1.11. Patch your game.

turn off antivirus in galaxy go to more manage verify/repair wait for repair and download new files when its done you can turn on you antivirus after that load a save before travel to skellige it should help

I already told you to patch your game, and you said it was. Updating DLCs is as important as updating the game when you have them installed.

But it was patched! GOG kept saying that the game was "up to date" . I also did the verify/fix thing several times and each time it said it was up to date. This only fixed when i uninstalled GOG and manually installed the DLC content again.
