I play Witcher 3 + heart of stone. My version is 1.12.1. I´m level 34. After teleportation HUD disappeared also a minimap. It is impossible to continue than. Please help.

I have tried to load previous saves but in all old saves I'm also missing minimap and healt, energy bar. If I tap TAB minimap and mentioned indicators appear but just for second. Thank for help. I like to play the game again but after I will finish it. In this condition it is not possible.
