so in many areas like Novigrad and the white orchard, blacksmiths and herbalist disappear from the world map until I am close to them again.This doesn't just happen at night. They always disappear when I am further from them. This didn't happen in Velen so I don't know what's happening.

I was getting this with all the interacting merchants in Vizema if I entered the market square from the north. I solved it by walking over the southern bridge then back again.

It's caused by residual magic from all those dead mages, drifting down from the bonfires in the main square.
