Hi,

Just got the Witcher 3 on Pc and downloaded it. My question in does the latest install include both the patch 1.07 and all the DLC? Does anyone know?

No, the installer is version 1.06. You need to download patch 1.07 on its own. No DLC is included. You have to download them on their own too.
