this is the last ? marker in my game (this is from a map i got on google not from my game) but when i go to the location theres nothing there so could some kind soul tell me what im missing since ill never find out.

It's a hidden treasure guarded by bandits. When you pick the treasure up, there's a note. Read it to get a short quest called 'Shortcut' to a sunken treasure. Note that the 'hidden treasure' is in a small sack sitting on a boat. See attached.

cheers mate, theres no boat or bodies when i go there, i swam out to the sunken boat in the middle of the lake but didnt find anything so obviously you need to trigger the quest before it shows up. ah well ill catch it on my 2nd playthrough after 1.07 drops.

Just so that you know, the bodies are not there already. Those are the ex-bandits who were guarding the sack. The spot was just a question mark on the map before I went. I'm not sure what revealed it. Maybe one of the notices or rumors from Ard Skellig or another island (no notice boards on Undvik). I always take every notice off every board, since many locations are revealed that way.
