(Spoilers) Can get Ciri on the roof outside Junior's balcony, but can't get inside. Tried "blink" but it doesn't seem to get her inside.

Have you approached the window on the balcony? You should get an interaction prompt when you near the window, which will trigger a cutscene and Ciri will slip inside. You do not have to use her "blink" ability. If you're not getting the interaction prompt, try reloading an earlier save as it may be bugged.
