Hey,

I have a really big problem ingame. When I try to climb a wall and jump, Gerald just jumps against the wall instead of climbing... There are some places in the game where I just cant go anymore. He just jumps against the wall and thats it.

I remember running into that issue in the tutorial, you have to press forward, back, and then press jump at the same time.

Kind of like how Gothic and Two Worlds 2 work with the multi-button approach.

Are you holding the jump button? Tapping it will result in him jumping against the wall. Holding it will make him grab the ledges.

There is no difference for me if I hold the button or just press it. He always jumps against the wall.

Press W and hold spacebar when jumping. Works like a charm and no trouble here. Maybe try resetting they keys to default and then changing them again. I know it makes little sense but what harm it is in trying? :P Maybe that refresh button in the option menu will fix the issue.
