Are there more people that have problems with npc's ?

1. From time to time i can't interact with merchant's.

2. Person in distress ( jail symbol on map ). Killed all bandits, but i can't speak with the man in the jail, i can see he is a swordsmith.

Also notice a bandit camp symbol that still shows white on the map even after killing all the people there, So it should show grey on the map. Do i miss something or is this a bug ?

Save and reload. This is a known issue.

A lot of people report this, but I've never come across it. I suspect it has something to do with mods or more specifically, mod scripts.

Also notice a bandit camp symbol that still shows white on the map even after killing all the people there, So it should show grey on the map. Do i miss something or is this a bug ?
Killing everybody is not what clears bandit camps. You have to raid their loot. Usually a specific chest is key.
