When i try to install manually the new patch i get this error from the log patch :

The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt patch log
Error adding: E:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\content\content4\streaming.cache

I read around that it might be a space problem but i have like more 90gb free in this ssd and i dont really understand why this patch can't install this file.

Would you please guys give me an hint for what to do ? i dont really want to wait for the 1.08...
The installer needs space in your system temporary folders to do it's work. If these folders are on your C: drive, and you don't have enough space on that drive, you will get this error regardless of how much space is on your E: drive. What you need to do is either free up space on your C: drive or edit the system variables TMP and TEMP to point to a drive with far more space.
Well i have like 240Gb in the C: drive, i can't believe it need more space then that xD

Well then maybe it isn't a space issue -- that was your guess from "reading around". Can you copy/paste the verbatim error message from the log?
Could it be at all possible that either the patch or Galaxy (whatever you are using) don't have writing rights to the temp folders?

Well i didn't had any problems with the patches before this one and i have other games on GOG Galaxy, but if galaxy dont have the rights to the temp folders how can i give it to it ?

Right now i'm trying to patch through the Gog launcher so i will keep you guys informed about the possible error that it will give me

I've never had an error from the installers, so I couldn't tell you where it's kept. You must know: you already stated that it gave you an error, and you quoted part of the patch log. I was after the entire, verbatim message.
Ok now that the download from the launcher finished it give me the error:

Installation Failed: Disk Access Problem

and i can't press the button play no longer

Maybe it gives me this error because i didn't start the launcher with administrator rights ?

You should try running the patch or galaxy with admin rights.
Right click on the executable and select "run as administrator"

That message that i post before was the entire patch log error, there was nothing else written in it :/

Here is something to try for someone who had a similar error, assuming you believe it has something to do with your default drive. Pulled this from Witcher Reddit:

"Hey I was having the same problem and managed to find a fix.
The game temporarily copies the files over to your TEMP variable path which is on your C: drive. To change this path right click on 'Computer' --> choose 'Properties' --> 'Advanced System Settings' --> Environmental Variables. Then change the TEMP and TMP paths to a new folder on the drive where you have enough space and restart your computer.
I managed to run the patch .exe after this without any problems, hope it works for you!"

I had this exact same error come up and was going to do the same thing as you and verify and fix but I started the game first and it was patched up to 1.07 for me and working just fine, this is the only error I have ever got from the patches just like you, so if this happens to any body else try your game first to see if it did work .

Where would an ideal location to place these files be?

(I'm not tech savvy sadly, so sorry if I'm being thick skulled)

You should place the files on a different drive where you have approximately 10gb of space free.

If you didn't understand that sentence please specify what words or concepts you are not familiar with and I will try to explain in more detail.
Well i think it's not a matter of space because there are plenty in my hdd and ssd so i will just wait for the next patch, maybe it will be less bugged.
