Just spent all night downloading the 10 Witcher 3 files, hit SET UP, ask for language, said ENglish, so far so good, then it asked for next BIN file and does not recognize it or its location. Put all files on desktop in WITCHER 3 folder, still the damn thing won't install. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.

You probably have hit a very long folder structure name issue. Do NOT place them on the desktop. Right click on that folder you placed on the desktop and select 'Cut'. Now open Windows Explorer and SELECT your C: drive. Either create a folder called GAMES, DOWNLOADS or something similar on your C: drive and 'Paste' the folder there, or 'Paste' the folder directly onto your C: drive. Hopefully you have something like this:
