I installed the game from the retail discs but once it registers with the Galaxy client it starts to download the updates (saying "getting file list") and then says installation failed. I've tried reinstalling everything and rebooting and the like but haven't had any luck. I've checked some of the support stuff though that didn't seem to help. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

After playing around and reading some other threads I've now managed to get a "Waiting for Release" and "Server Problem" message but still no luck. Should I contact support or something? :/

Get rid of the Galaxy client, install the game from your discs and then patch it with the official launch file. Or better still, download the v1.10 installer directly from your account.

Ah thank you! Everytime I tried installing without Galaxy I didn't see an option during the installation process to not install Galaxy...
