I can't install the game by importing folder because start a download and It freezes when it comes to 99.9%

Using Galaxy,log out to desktop and then back in.DL should complete.

Are you sure that's not the DL count per second?
Galaxy is still very young in the developement,have you tried the to start game without Galaxy?

The game starts without galaxy but it was useful for achievements, for patches and dlc

I have the same issue since launch day.. I gave up bothering to try and use Galaxy for this game. I am playing the game fine without Galaxy and that's just how it's going to be. I also moved my folder. For patches and DLC, I just download and install manually.. just like games before Galaxy.
