Just installed the game, wont play, errors: VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll. If I close GOG.Galaxy I wont be able to access it again(and this community) unless I uninstall and then reinstall the game. Tried this 4 times. What to do?

You need to install the Microsoft Visual Studio package.

Need more information than that. Operating System and hardware. Verbatim error message. Whether you're using Galaxy. What mods you have installed. Anything else you can think of. Nobody is going to be able to help you with just "stops functioning".

Hi Hickory, thanks for helping. I have HP Pavillion dv6-2170, Intel core i7, windows 10, NVIDIA Geforce GT230M, 8 RAM, It's a portable PC and although it's 6 years old I think it should be okay, also I had the harddisk replaced a few years ago, it's 4 times faster than before, but smaller. I have GOG Galaxy 1.1.11(beta), Witcher 1.22, 0 DLC's. by the way I also have a cooling pad

No, it's not ok. The GT230M is woefully inadequate for The Witcher 3. The minimum graphics requirement is GTX 660, with recommended GTX 770 and DirectX 11. Your card doesn't even support DirectX 11. Just look at how your card fares against others.
