I keep getting missing dlc errors, i have reinstalled all the dlc but keep getting it i have also verified it twice and it still gives me the error.

If you have verified and all installed then contact someone in support with this problem.
Or re-install the complete game.

The save game you are trying to open was made with a later version of the game than the version you are running. You need to update your installation to the latest game version, patch, DLC package and Expansions (if used)
As you say you have already "verified it twice" - then you must have come up with some error during that verification. I would suggest uninstalling your game completely (keeping your saves) and downloading all the latest packages from your GOG account and then reinstalling the game.
