But after he killed me he respawns every time i fast travel to white orchard... This shouldnt works like this, i played too many hours to start all over again.

You don't have older savegames?
If you kill the chort, it still respawning I guess?
This is why you should always have some manual savegames.

It was added for people who kill the cows in white orchard...Its not like you need to go back there...
