setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28.exe should be about 25.7 MB and not one kb. Re-download that part again.

Spontaneously I'd guess you're using a 32-bit version of Windows 7. But the minimum requirements of The Witcher 3 is - according to the store page - a 64-bit OS. If you do indeed use a 32-bit Windows it would not be a bad idea to upgrade to a 64-bit version though. vOv

Then I'd do what Bleed said. 1kb is indeed too small for the installer. Try re-downloading it. :)

If Galaxy keeps downloading a corruped 1 kb file:

Delete the file "setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28.exe", download that setup.exe file directly from your library via normal download (don't forget to choose the appropriate language before clicking the download link), drop that setup.exe file in that same folder where the .bin files are and try to install again.

You could try to reload the whole game and this time use the GOG-Downloader.

i try to delete and redownloaded the setup exe in the right language and its the same thing that happen . ive tried on my friend computer who run windows 8 . they said its error for the server .... (trying to download the set up exe )

Galaxy didn't work for you. Did you try to download the corrupted file with your browser? If this didn`t help, did you try to download it with the GOG-Downloader (https://www.gog.com/downloader)?

If this didnt help download the english version with Galaxy and change the language later. Here is how (from FAQ):

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD THE GAME IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE?
The Witcher 3 is available for pre-download in English only by default, but you can download additional language packs by going to MORE -> DOWNLOAD EXTRAS.

You should also write to GOG support.
