I'm looking at 2 builds atm

1080p build (with the option of another 970 down the road) what settings could I run the game at with this?

the second build is suppose to be 1440p (with the option of a second 290 down the road) how would the game run with this set up?

The first one is similar to what I have in terms of CPU, RAM, and GPU and the game runs very well with a mix of high and ultra settings at 1080p.

I have not had the opportunity to try the game with a R290 so I can't say much about the second setup.

decided to go with the 970 build (the 1440p was tempting ) but 970 build being cheaper means I can get another 970 down the road sooner compared to the 1440p build

and now I wait for all the parts to come in.... I want a time machine

I have 290x (two, but game actually works worse in Crossfire), game runs fine, just turn hairworks off, as it eats away ~ 20FPS.
