I have the game from GoG.com, but have not played in years. It's version 1.11. How can I get the latest patch? It's version 1.31 according to the download links in the library, but there is no link to a patch, just the original install files. And there is no update button when I launch the game either.

Any help please? Surely I don't need to re-download and re-install the whole game?

Yes, you do. Old patches are no longer maintained. The patches, if they were still available, still measure in the multi Gigabytes, so downloading a current installer is preferred for such an old version.
