This add on has a couple more main quests at a higher level than the "On thin Ice" quest from before the Hearts of Stone installation. Do I do "On this Ice" now (the final battle) or do these new quests first which have suggested levels higher than my current level?. I have no idea how these new quests fit into the story line.

The quests happen after the main story line. I don't think there are any spoilers for the main story if you haven't finished it but i'd recommand to do it first
