It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

What browser do you use?, look like the problem it is at your end.
chrome and Microsoft edge. i use steam and uplay on the daily and have no issues with internet connection. Game isn't downloaded yet, but i have GOG galaxy. on the app only option is install the Witcher, i get a message "server problem". i download from the GOG site sends me to the app for the same server problem message. i am capable of downloaded back up game files. So how can it be me?

If i download all the offline backup game installers, will that work?

Uninstall and reinstall GOG Galaxy.
after reinstall, no luck. bout to get a refund from humble. GOG is shyte
Based on the two threads I read that you posted, it sounds like you're having some sort of certificate issue with GOG. Not sure why, unless you're using an outdated OS, or your browser is out of date.

Galaxy doesn't usually have issues for downloading, as long as your internet settings are correct. The fact that you are unable to send a post to Support tells me this is an issue either with your internet, or on your pc, again relating to GOG and/or Galaxy, and its domains.

We can only help you so much, but be aware just because you can log into a client it does not mean that your internet is ok. I'm speaking from experience, as someone who just had to have his complete cable line re installed because it went bad.

Good luck, and I don't think Humble gives refunds, but you're missing out on a great game.
