I can't seem to find Vernon anywhere, the quest marker says that he's above the Passiflora in Novigrad.
Has anyone had this bug? If so do you know any solutions? or should i just wait for patch?

Nope, I did that in the first place. He's not there, and the marker points Passiflora. This bug is serious, I'm not able to collect all cards, and continue the Gwent "path". :(

Have you done any other quests with Vernon in them?

Yep, I've got yet another serious bug in Passiflora - I cannot finish Deadly Plot quest, because after I talk with Marquise Serenity she says to follow her, but she stands still.
These bugs are really frustrating :(
