In Mulbrydale (Velen) there is a blacksmith there identified simply as "Swordsmith".
When I beat him at Gwent he doesn't give me a card, he only gives me some random material like Cotton or Resin, etc.
I've reloaded a previous save 3 times and the same thing happens (no card). The prompt to play him shows up in white instead of grey, so I don't think I've played against him in the past.
