I have 8gb ram and a raedon amd 6670 w/1 gb onboard ram. but i am getting a weird ingame shadow problem. see the attachment on the right side at the base of the cliff. Can anyone give me a clue what i can do to fix it? i have already reloaded the game twice and updated my drivers.

yes, i have even changed them one at a time and saved the game and reloaded each time. nothing doing. funny thing is i played the game through once no issues now i have an issue after loading a mod. i have removed all mods reloaded the game twice now.

Budget cards are never going to cut it with The Witcher 3. The minimum requirement is Radeon HD 7870.
and maybe check for latest video-card drivers, can't be bad.

thats just it no issues until i tried to load a mod (not my 1st) and then suddenly issues. i played the game once through and a few partial starts.

Irrelevant. Your card is not officially up to the task, it's as simple as that. You may run it for 'X' amount of time, but eventually it's going to show it's limitations. No getting over that.
well the issue has seemed to resolve itself. i continued to play though until i got to velen. it did glitch on me and i had to "verify the install" at the imperial audience. got to velen and the notice boards were normal again. i even returned to white orchard to see if those issues were gone and they are.
