I was hoping it was going to get fixed after 1.8 but I am still having issues. So whenever I highlight an item in the inventory I get a weird graphical flicker of my items. Also whenever I highlight an area on the map and the arrow next to the health bar all flicker. Hopefully I don't have to reeinstall the game to fix this but I I feel it might be the only way unless someone else knows of a fix.
