I tried to request support from gog, it says I need to create a dxdiag report in order to submit the request, when I click the link, it says oh no, there's nothing here. Thus I cant request help because a link necessary for requesting it is broken.

What's your issue?

I have downloaded all the updates etc all the patches etc that are supposed to get me up to 1.21, but at load it tells me I'm still at 1.02

Download the 1.10 installer for the main game, the 1.22 patch and the v1.22 DLCs. Install them in that order.

If you are still hooped, copy out your save games to another drive, USB key, whatever - and uninstall the game and all the DLC's from your PC. Then reinstall the game and patch; DLC's in the order Hickory stated.
