I had an old manual install of TW3, which I just updated to 1.10 and then to 1.11. Game doesn't start, I assume a conflict with a mod or localization (I use the polish language pack).

I figured I'd install Galaxy to just fix it automatically. Imported the game's folder into Galaxy but I can't update it, can't repair/verify (it's greyed out), in the bottom left corner it says "update failed".

Can I salvage this somehow without reinstalling the whole thing?

And it shows my game version as English altho it should be Polish. Did I install the wrong patch?
