MTGXerxes: First post, not sure if there's somewhere else I should put it. I've sent in multiple tickets which have gotten no response.

I put in the code and tried to install all seven parts that show in the account page when the game came out. It wouldn't let me install part 1 however, saying I was missing files... but there's nothing else I could start with.

I gave up for awhile, and today I installed the GOG downloader and was able to download all the game files and both patches. I then ran the installer directly and was able to install the game, or so I thought. 45gigs in a folder of files later, when I click to run the game it says "Thank you for installing the pre-download version of Witcher 3. Be sure to download the last piece when it becomes available on May 19th!"

There's NOTHING else I can click on to install or download. I've downloaded everything twice, using two different installation methods. I asked 3 friends who used codes just like I did and they said all they had to do was click install and everything worked! Somebody please help me, what am I missing, what else can I do?

gunsynd: Delete the 45 gig and re-install manually again.Make sure all files are deleted before re-installing,
Registry also.Do not send in multiple tickets as the last one will become the first.

MTGXerxes: I deleted everything before I re-downloaded them all today. So in essence, I kind of already did that.
When you say manually do you mean using the GOG downloader? Because going right from account page just fails during step 1.
