It's still the same guy from the main game but was he asleep the whole time? I only played the first two hours or so but geralt is too silent, has no emotions and talks like he is falling asleep all the time.
Sure, the main game had problems with the dub from time to time too. Like Vesemyr calling out to Geralt on the siege of Kaer Morhen with a calm and quiet voice while the fight is going on.
But in Blood & Whine, it seems like the guy only voiced monologues.

Rest of the cast does a great job except for the one guy in the first tavern so far.
