I am nearly through my NG+ playing Blood & Wine. All was fine 2 days ago but when I loaded the game today I find that Geralt has no in game face. All is fine on the character screen and his body is there but no face! I tried loading a few old saves but he has no face in any of those saves either! The NPCs are all good - have faces. Just Geralt's face is missing. Can anyone help please? I haven't this problem anywhere else on this forum.

I'm not expert here, but this looks like your files are corrupted. I know there are some software conflicts with some things, such as Google Chrome for example which caused my PC to repeatedly crash.

If this were me, I'd save the entire Gamesaves folder somewhere. Download and reinstall the game, without removing the existing copy.

If you do end up having to uninstall and reinstall, hopefully, loading the saved, Gamesaves will let you pick up from where you left off.

Someone else may have more or better suggestions. Good luck.

Your game installation is corrupt, either through mods or some other reason. If you have any mods, remove them completely. Now to fix the face you need to verify/repair your installation in Galaxy -- I'm presuming you use that.
