Haven't played the Witcher 3 in years (stopped about 70% way throught campaign a few years ago because of heavy workload), but wanted to get back in to playing. Problem though is that whenever i try to run the game (whether from GOG, NNM, or straight from the .exe), I keep getting this error popup every time I try to run Witcher 3.

I already tried repairing my install, giving it a completely fresh new install, and disabling all my 3rd party antivirus & mods. So far nothing seems to have worked. Please help.
