I'm 90+ hours into the Witcher 3. Loving it! I recently decided to pick up the two expansions. To save a couple of bucks, I paid for and downloaded the "Expansion Pack" which included Hearts and Blood. When I look in my Library now, it has Witcher 3: Game of the Year Edition. Now I'm afraid to install it for fear of losing my 90+ hours progress. Will this overwrite my saved games if I install?

Everybody who owns all of the game content gets the GOTY for free. The GOTY is exactly the same game, just everything in one single installer. Just carry on as you are and keep (download) the GOTY and store it for later convenience. To be clear, you do not need to install the GOTY to update your game; it will not.
