Hello, anyone else have this problem? Whenever I move my mouse, the game would freeze completely until I stop moving the mouse. FPS count drops to 0 when I move the mouse. When I stop moving it, the game increases the framerate to catch up from the freeze. This happens even in the main menu. Anyone can help?

P.S Enabling hardware cursor does not fix it

Try disabling in-game overlay in Galaxy.

Had the same problem myself. Disabling in-game overlay did fix it. I tought I should say that so that anyone wandering around forums searching for know that this could be the solution. The author should have said if it work or not, instead of leaving.
