Hi, I wanted to play Witcher 3, but when i looked in my library the "Play" button was white and unabled to click on. Then the Button turned into the blue "install" Button... ?!?! when i click on it he starts to download the whole game new.. i also looked into the GOG Games folder, this folder is now 2.6 GB big.. somebody has the same problem? when i reinstall are there my saved games still available? :( ty

Galaxy is still beta and my advise is leave it for a while.As for saves in:
My Doc's
The Witcher 3
gamesaves.
Just copy and save in another folder and they should be okay.
DL game from Library and install manually.

Definitely agree, Galaxy is still causing too many problems. I'm not touching it again while it is in Beta.

This happened to me as well. Lost a game worth about 3 days ingame time.... No response from support at all yet though I'm sure the amount of requests they're getting right now is huge. I know it's in beta but you really don't expect a program to just implode like that. Beta doesn't really justify that to me... I have tried recovery software to get save games back, nup. Only Witcher 3 as well, all my other games were fine.

I'm still using galaxy but at this point I have a timed backup going so whatever the hell happened I don't actually lose game time if the worst case happens again. I would say yeah, stop using galaxy or get a backup solution going, definitely :(
