So I've found siri and had the giant battle at kaer morhen. Now I've sailed to Skellige with the crew and I can't fast travel out of Skellige! to be specific to Velen. The game crashes with no error message as if the game wasn't running at all. Help?

Travel to Kaer Trolde, then fast travel from there.

Hickory: Travel to Kaer Trolde, then fast travel from there.
It doesn't work. It's a bug, we hope the new patch can adress it.
