In one of the dlc's main quests. I think it's called "open sesame", when going upstairs in the auction house the game crashes to desktop. One time just before the cutscene, the rest just when it starts.

I'm gonna try the usual and report back. Meanwhile I'd be thakful if someone directed me to a solution or told me it's a known bug.

I was wrong. The game crashes anywhere. Not just that spot. I eventually got past there just saving often. I can't play for half an hour without it crashing.

I tried a few of the fixes listed in the support page:

I'm using gog galaxy, but that wasn't the problem.

For some reason the game was on full screen, changed it to borderless window. Fixed nothing.

Right now I'm updating the drivers, but I doubt that will help.

I'm having the same problem. The game worked fine the last time I played a couple weeks ago, but now it crashes every 5-10 minutes. Drivers are fully updated, game patched to 1.11. I endtasked everything I could think of, disabled flux. Nothing. I uninstalled and am attempting a reinstall (as soon as all 34GB are downloaded ha).

This is my PC:

Edit: a reinstall helped, got to play 40 minutes before it crashed again.

Edit2: Disabling the GOG Overlay fixed my crashing problems. Now if only GOG can count my hours played beyond 1.01 hours....

What do you mean by the GOG Overlay and how did you disable it?

I updated the drivers and it didn't help either.

In GOG Galaxy: Witcher 3 -> More options -> Configure -> uncheck GOG Overlay
