Good night friends,
I noticed a FPS drops problem especially in large cities. My FPS is 45 constantly, however when I get Oxenfurt (on the bridge) drops to 39 ~ 40 causing some crashes then return to 45. Then I go back to the same place and the crashes do not happen unless I restart / shutdown the computer. The stuttering occurs both in low and in ultra.
Someone else suffers from it? I've tried everything and could not solve. Is it bad optimization of the game?
My config:
GTX 960 2GB
I7 2600K
8GB RAM
